For one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought from us. To return any items please complete the above Returns form. In order to get a refund or an exchange them items must be returned to us unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Put all items for return in the same parcel with the Returns form. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your peace of mind, we recommend that you use Royal Mail registered post. If you require a refund this will be credited back to your original method of payment by us no later than 2 working days from when we receive your item. Please note that the banking process means that the credit to your account may take a little longer. |
