If you item is 15 WORKING days late (this is 15 WORKING days from the posted date not the ordered date) we are happy to either mail a replacement or refund. We do however need to file a claim with Royal Mail regarding your non-receipt, we are required to complete a P58 form and once submitted to Royal Mail they will investigate and maybe write to you.
